Secure your booking
All initial bookings must pay a 100% deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit must be paid in full at least 7 days before appointment time.
Cancellation policies
Cancellation >24hrs before appt: No worries! 0% fee.
Cancellation 12-24hrs before appt: 50% fee
Cancellation <12hrs before appt: 100% fee

If you haven’t seen Alana for over 12 months, please book in again for an initial 60-minute appointment so we have extra time to catch up!
